Gesture Controlled Laser Turret

For my high school capstone project I built a laser turret that you control via hand gestures.

I used C++, Python, PySerial, OpenCV, and Arduino to build this project.

The laser turret was built using two servos and a laser diode. You control the turret by turning on your webcam and waving your hand around.

There are certain gestures to turn the laser on and off. The computer also prints secret messages when you give it a rude gesture.
