Gesture Controlled Laser Turret

About the Project

For my highschool capstone project I built a laser turret that you controll via hand gestures.

I used C++, Python, PySerial, OpenCV, and Arduino to build this project.

The laser turret was built using two servos and a laser diode. You control the turret buy turning on you webcam and waving your hand around.

There are certain gestures to turn the laser on and off. The computer also prints secret message when you give it a rude gesture.
